Pricing and Discounts
Prices shown are for single or double occupancy and noted in US$. Each additional person is $25 per night up to the maximum occupancy for each suite (children under 10 stay free with a maximum of 2 children free).
Room rates do not include the mandatory hotel and Government taxes and service charges of 15%.
A deposit of 25% of the total for your stay is required on booking with full payment due 45 days prior to arrival. Bookings must be made using a credit card. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted. All prices are in US$, charges can be made in Belize Dollars (2 BZ = 1 US) or US$.
Belizean nationals receive a 10% discount. A 10% discount is applied if the entire guesthouse is rented out for 3 nights or more by the same party. Stays of two-four weeks (15-29 nights) receive 15% discount and stays over a month receive a 25% discount. Continental breakfasts are not included in longer discounted stays (14+ days). Discounts are not additive.

Conditions
Check-in time is after 3:00pm; check-out time by 11:00am.
We ask for a minimum of 2 nights stay during local festivals and national holidays and a minimum 3 nights’ stay over Easter, Christmas and/or New Years.
Because of our size, cancellations or changes affect us significantly! If you must cancel or change your reservation, over 45 days advance notice is required. If advance notice is not provided we will be obliged to bill your credit card in full for those nights which we are not able to re-rent. If the room is re-rented, the refund will encompass the days successfully re-rented minus the original deposit fee.
Guests are responsible for any damages, additional cleaning or loss they incur and will be billed accordingly.
